June 9, 2024 – Boxer Ryan Garcia is in hot water. He recently visited the ultra-exclusive Bohemian Grove. This is a private campground in California. Only incredibly wealthy and powerful men are allowed in. The Grove has long been a source of conspiracy theories. Many believe the world’s elite gather there for weird pagan rituals.
Garcia posted videos from inside the Grove’s borders. In one clip, he shows a sizeable concrete owl statue. “This is the spot they sacrifice!” he jokes darkly. Other videos depict massive log cabins and men in red robes. Garcia is mocking the Grove’s secretive nature.
Critics were quick to slam the 24-year-old fighter. Some say he was being disrespectful. Others accuse him of promoting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. After all, the Grove has ties to prominent Jewish businessmen and thinkers.
But Garcia claims his only crime was curiosity. “I just wanted to see what all the hype was about,” he stated. “I’m fascinated by conspiracies and the hidden ways of the elite.”
So, what exactly is Bohemian Grove? It sits on 2,700 acres of ancient redwood forest in Monte Rio, California. The original Bohemian Club was founded in 1872 by a group of artists and writers. Over time, it grew to include wealthy business people, politicians, and other influential figures.
Since 1899, the Club has hosted a two-week summer retreat at the Grove. No cameras or recording devices are permitted inside. Female guests were banned until recent years. This intense secrecy sparked endless rumors of sinister pagan rituals.
The most infamous claim is the “Cremation of Care” ceremony. This purportedly involves robed men worshipping a 40-foot owl statue as a human effigy burns. Some believe these elite members perform occult mockeries of Judeo-Christian themes.
Critics also point to Grove’s attendee’s list as proof of nefarious dealings. Every Republican president since 1923 has allegedly been a member. So have titans of industry like The Rockefellers, Fords, and Schlumberger. There are longstanding fears that the world’s elite gather to hash out central policy and business decisions away from public scrutiny.
Of course, the Bohemian Club has pushed back hard against these theories. They insist the Grove retreat is a harmless boys’ Club for staging amateur plays and camping outdoors. Either way, Garcia’s stunt has reignited decades-old conspiracy claims about the secret society.
